With 15 years of experience in the janitorial industry, Sean brings both expertise and heart to his role as Janitorial Supervisor. He began his career with us as a floor tech and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his strong work ethic and natural leadership skills.

Sean holds the Floor Care Technician (FTC) certification through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), specializing in both carpet and hard-floor care. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, he sets high standards for himself and his team—standards that have helped Northwest Success its reputation for exceptional service.

A skilled communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach, Sean excels at building positive relationships with customers and supporting his team with patience and empathy. His commitment to his employees and to the Oregon Forward program shines through in everything he does.

Outside of work, Sean stays active playing basketball, catching the latest movies, and hitting the gym most mornings before starting his day.
